The Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) will fine 11 companies responsible for winter cleaning of national roads to pay more than BGN 424,000, the agency reported. The penalty was imposed after checking the work done in November and December. Bulgarian municipalities have intensified their interest in the utilisation of mineral springs, which the Bulgarian state grants them under gratuitous concession. The Ministry of Environment and Water published a list of nearly 70 mineral springs, which can be managed by the Bulgarian municipalities for a period of 25 years. The first 7 electric vehicles (EV) charging stations were set up in Sofia on January 25 as part of a pilot project of the Full Charger Bulgaria company, developed in cooperation with CEZ Bulgariaand Sofia Municipality . Austrian real estate investment company Real4You Group plans to launch the construction of a MegaMall shopping centre in the Bulgarian capital Sofia in February, the project`s leasing agent DTZ Echinox said.
