Bulgaria’s financial regulator approved the prospectus for the initial public offering (IPO) of  football club CSKA  on the  Bulgarian Stock Exchange .

The Financial Supervision Commission did not provide details in its statement. In July the debt-ridden club was acquired by Luxemburg-based Lira Investment in a debt-for-equity deal.
