French company intends to build a high-tech park in Dupnitsa

A French company will bring to the town of Dupnitsa, south-westernern Bulgaria, big European and world famous companies. The investor will open offices for distinguished companies in a new high-tech park.
The French company want to buy 4 ha of municipal land in the industrial zone of the town of Dupnitsa. There the company intends to build a high-tech park and will try to convince big producers to shift their activities in Bulgaria.
At this stage Dupnitsa municipality is ready to sell the plot of land instead of using it as a contributed property in a future joint venture. "The French company is a serious investor which has already constructed 55 similar high-tech parks worldwide. The high-tech parks of the French company are used for production and for scientific researches, too," Dupnitsa municipality officials stated.
