Equest Balkan Properties plans to sell the former hotel "Serdika" to Uniqa Real Estateq, informed sgrada.com. The idea to transform the hotel into an office center with trade areas is expected to be preserved. Uniqa Real Estate have already made an advance payment. The deal, however, needs to be finalized after the project gets all construction permissions, informed Dnevnik newspaper, citing the managing partner in Equest Georgi Krumov.
