The megaproject near Ravno Pole starts within days. Next week, a group of businessmen from Hong Kong is expected to bring in Elin Pelin investment plan for the purchase of nearly 300 decares of public land, said Mayor Galya Georgieva. These are areas between Musachevo and Ravno Pole.

On August 4 the company Bulgaria Development Holdings received the highest possible state support for the project St. Sofia. This will be a holiday-entertainment complex - with hotels and casinos in the style of Las Vegas plus a huge waterpark that will provide sea for the citizens of Sofia. The investment will be BGN 1.63 billion and will open 1850 jobs

"We had a meeting with investors last week, shortly after receiving a certificate of support from the state. We discussed what steps should be taken to start the procedure," added Galya Georgieva. Asians will buy municipal land without auction or tender. This is one of the incentives for the promotion of priority investments in the country when they are over BGN 100 million and employ at least 200 people.
