The contract for concession of port terminal Somovit will be signed by the Minister of Transport Petar Mutafchiev and the company winner of the open procedure – Oktopod - S. The port terminal is part of Ruse port. The period of concession is 22 years.

According to the contract the concessionaire is obliged to invest at least BGN 6 445 000 in the terminal. The aim is to increase the capacity of the port and to introduce the service "processing of passengers", and to expand storage facilities and to improve working conditions.
