Police detain 3 boys broke a metal safe of agricultural cooperative "Progress" in village of Kamenets (Pordim, Pleven region). The two 16-year-old boys Milen J. Angel M. and 2 years little from them Michail M. creeped into the building throw an open window at the night on January 16. Inside, using a rod, they broke the safety lock of the steel safe and walk off with 1287.35 leva. The money was for ground rent and coupons of members and salaries of employees.

After an evening of a true torrential downpour on Wednesday, the region of Bulgaria`s northern town of Pleven was hit by a severe hailstorm. The worst-hit district was Dolni Dabnik, where the size of the ice pieces were as big as eggs, local citizens said. The hail fell also over the villages of Pordim and Pisarevo, authorities informed.The heavy rains caused a landslide along the road between the towns of Pleven and Nikopol in the early hours of Thursday. After a whole night of hard work, teams of a private road infrastructure company managed to clear out the section. The traffic in the area has already been normalized.
