Bulgaria has problems with the financing of the project "Belene" and it is possible that the schedule is changed.
This has been reported by the general director of the Russian state corporation in atomic energy "Rosatom" Sergey Kirienko to the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

It was expected that the construction of atomic pant "Belene" will start in March 2009. It was planned that the first concrete block will be laid at the building site of Second atomic. This was the agreement between the Economy Minister Petar Dimitrov and the Russian Vice premier Sergey Sobyanin.

3,8 billion Euro have been allotted from the budget of the Russian Federation for its completion by 2010.
