Bread-making plant in Yambo announced for sale

One of the biggest bread-making plants in Yambol is announced for sale by a private bailiff, because of a debt.
Yambol bread is offered for a second time at a minimum price of BGN 2.15 million VAT excluded.
The sale is at the request of the creditor Style commerce, togheter with other creditors.
The bread-making plant is still operating and has not stopped its production because of this. The auction is announced for four properties with a total area of 22.5 thousand square meters, togheter with the main building to the area of 8800 square meters, as well as factory’s equipment. The mill complex is announced for sale, too.
The property is mortgaged by Eurobank EFG for a claim to the amount of BGN 900 thousand.
