244 new companies at International Technical Fair in Plovdiv 2011

A total of 244 new companies will be presented for the first time at this year`s International Technical Fair in Plovdiv, stated the organizers of the biggest fair for investment goods in Southeast Europe. It opens doors today and will run until October 1, 2011.
"The emergence of new exhibitors comes as a result of our efforts to provide more attractive conditions for participation," said Bogomil Bonev, Executive Director of the Fair. According to preliminary data, some 884 direct exhibitors and 590 represented companies from 44 countries will partake in the exhibition, which is a 57% growth, compared to last year.
"The foreign expositions are larger in size than those last year, recording a 23% growth in the covered exhibition areas. Russia is this year`s partner country and its presence at the event is very important for the Bulgarian businesses," said Bogomil Bonev
