Plovdiv-based food-processing company Philicon 97 launches milk production

Bulgarian food-processing company Philicon 97 said it will launch milk production. The company will invest 900,000 levs in equipment for milk ultra-heat treatment (UHT) Philicon’s executive director Boris Kalibatsev said. UHT is the sterilisation of food by heating it for a second or two to above 135°C.
