Burgas bailiff announced a public sale of the Delta Palace Hotel in Sunny Beach. The property has 120 rooms, it is a category 3 stars and is owned by Ognyan Sapunov. The businessman holds also the neighboring Delta Beach, which is 4-star hotel and nearly twice as large.

In November this year bailiff seized the company of Sapunov. Creditor is CIBank which has to take BGN 8.12 million from the businessman. The public sale of the hotel will start from BGN 7.428 million. Its total floor area is 12,750 square meters. Ognyan Sapunov controlled the holding company Delta Group.
