By the end of the year will be completed the technical design which will be the grounds for issuing of the building permit of the third phase of the project for electrification and reconstruction of Plovdiv - Svilengrad - Turkish border railway line.
The design and construction of the 17-km section Svilengrad - Turkish border is financed through the Cohesion fund - 80%, and the national budget - 20% within Transport operational programme.
