Seven Hills Ltd will invest in the construction of a new compound, comprising 30 residential buildings in Zhitnitsa locality in the village of Bata , Pomorie municipality, Property Xpress reported. The village lies 24 km west of the Nessebur resort in the eastern slopes of the Aitos mountain.
