Bulgaria`s prosecution will insist that Russia`s judicial authorities extradite to Bulgaria the scandalous football manager Seiran Arutyunyan also known as Artur Oganessyan Arutyunyan and Artur are one and the same man. This is the first thing explicitly proved by the investigators of the fake transfer of 4 FC Levski Sofia players to Russian club Rubin (Kazan).
The other definite fact is that Artur visited Bulgaria at the invitation of FC CSKA Sofia bosses.
Arutyunyan arrived to Bulgaria on September 11 at the invitation of CSKA and Titan company owners Dimitar Borissov and Ivo Ivanov, reveals a publication in Trud newspaper from Thursday. Trud publishes a facsimile from Artur`s visa which was issued at the request of Titan management. Dimitar Borissov admits that before Trud explaining he had invited Arutyunyan because he wanted to arrange transfers of CSKA footballers in Russia.
At the same time, Levski are confident that CSKA guest is that one that cheated on the Blue club with the fake transfer of Levski players to Rubin (Kazan)...
