The Plovdiv municipal councilor Nikolay Karaivanov, representing the Democartic Forces Union, has presented an interesting offer for approval by the city municipal council: 2000 BGN to be transfered to the parents of each newly-born baby in the Plovdiv region. The requirements for the parents to receive that aid (up tp their third kid only) iis that they should have paid off all their state and minicipality taxes and fees.
