A daughter of a police officer from Bulgaria`s southern town of Elhovo committed suicide Saturday evening. The 18-year-old apparently took her life with her father`s service gun, which was locked in a safe box. A girlfriend of the young woman notified the authorities after going to the house where the incident happened. The girlfriend decided to visit the house after talking with the deceased over the phone, sensing something was terribly wrong. The cause of the suicide is said to be unrequited lover. The case is under investigation.
