Project of a luxurious spa hotel meeting the criteria of a five-star hotel will be situated on one of the most attractive places in Velingrad at the foot of a beautiful hill in Chepino neighbourhood.

As one of the richest places of spa and thermal springs in Bulgaria the town is famous for its holiday hotels and fast growing spa tourism.

The future hotel is situated close to a mineral spring which was crucial for its development as a spa complex. The investor is Health and Wellness, the design was made by Stefan Dobrev Architecture and Design, consultant is Boil Consult Ltd. Building permit is to be issued.

The location at the foot of the mountain lead to the specific architectural solution. The plot is 13,000 sq. m with a 16 m slope. In order to provide the best exposure of the hotel rooms and apartments to the southeast has been chosen the amphitheatre composition of the volumes guaranteeing a panoramic view to the pine forests around.

The hotel part is organized in three blocks, on the top level there is a three-room VIP suit. In the northwestern part there is an open-air car park.
