Kotel. A cistern-truck went off the road and overturned on the road in Kotel town direction at the junction for Neykovo village. The truck has collided with a car after which it went off the road. There are fire and police brigades on eth spot. Road traffic is hampered in the both directions over long lines of cars that have been formed due to the incident.
