Enemona JSC (town of Kozloduy) will raise capital by issuing of privileged shares, company`s board of directors decided yesterday. This is a way to attract BGN 30 million needed for Enemona`s investing programme, which amounts to EUR 500 million, Prokopi Prokopiev, corporate policy director, said. Despite the crisis, the company will not cut the announced new 240 work positions needed for the investing project, he added.
