The two children, Ivo and Edi, who were killed in the Bulgarian village of Osigovo were buried on Friday. They were brutally killed by their father on Thursday.
More than 500 people attended the funeral. The mayor of Garmen municipality, Ahmed Bashev as well as the regional mufti Aidan Mohamed was among them. He held a service according to Muslims tradition. The children were taken to Osiogovo cemetery. They passed through the square, where the mourning ceremony is held.
29-year-old Mancho Panykov decapitated his two children and set his house on fire in on Thursday. Five people were seriously burnet- the mother of the children, Bolyana Panykova, 55-year-old Murad Parapanov, Malin Karailiev, Emilia Deryova and Anife Veleva.
