Koev Ltd will build the new passenger terminal of Plovdiv Airport

Plovdiv-based Koev LTD will be in charge of the construction of the new passenger terminal of the Plovdiv Airport. The company, owned by businessman Todor Koev, ranked first in the contest for executor on the project. Eight companies applied for the construction works, but only 3 were let to the short list.
The conditions of the public procurement include a sum of BGN 10 mln. Consultant on the project, which is to be determined within a few days, will receive BGN 250,000. The government approved BGN 18 mln for the construction of the facility. Majority owner of Plovdiv Airport SPJSC is Ivo Prokopiev’s Alpha Finance Holding! JSC.
