Construction of Aquamarin 2 apart complex started in the end of 2008. It is situated only 100 m from the southern beach of Obzor in immediate proximity with the same name complex completed in 2008.

The investment is being carried out by Interavers Ltd., the contractor is Bulterra Stroi Group Ltd., the design was prepared by a team of Halkom Ltd. with leading architect Siyka Haltakova.

Aquamarin 2 is a complex of three blocks of 9,061 sq. m gross-floor area, every building has a garage, four residential levels and an attic.

Building 1 has 390 sq. m footprint divided into two sections. At the first level there are 12 garage slots with four residential levels above with six apartments on each.
The central block 2 is divided into three sections of 680 sq. m footprint with three apartments on every level.

In the complex there are 99 apartments of 55 sq. m to 99 sq. m the bigger ones are in the central block.

The prices vary from EUR 1,000 psm to EUR 1,799 psm depending on the location, exposure and levels. The complex is expected to be completed by the end of 2010.
