Bulgaria has to pay EUR 4400 to the Plovdiv-based Bulves JSC. This is the decision of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg on the case of the company, which in 2001 was denied reimbursement of VAT. According to the lawyer of Bulves Mihail Ekimdzhiev, all companies with open cases for refused refund VAT could rely on this decision of the European Court.
