Burgas municipality expects nearly 200 million Euro in the next two years. This was announced by the municipal administration.

Most funds are expected on EU programmes. Up to now the approved projects are worth approximately 70 million Euro, but more programmes, which apply for financing, are expected to be examined.

Most serious is the interest in the so called project "Super Burgas", which was announced several days ago. It plans, through an entirely different architecture and city conception, a through change of the city`s appearance.

For its realization it will be applied for EU funds, help will be sought from the state and it will be relied on resources from the municipal budget. According to experts the total cost of the project is over 200 million Euro.
