The municipality of Lovech, in western Bulgaria, has started to draft business plans to limit the impact of the global financial and economic crisis, said mayor Mincho Kazandjiev. Mr Kazandjiev told businesses at a meeting that creating clusters will be a good cushion. The municipality is studying possible ways for big companies to help out small firms.
