23-year-old man - operator of a sifting machine, working at the Debela Mogila stone-pit in the village of Stefanovo (district of Pernik) died on January 1 at 8 o’clock in the morning, labor inspector Anastasiya Sokolova reported for FOCUS News Agency. The victim is Veselin Stoyanov Parvanov.
Anastasiya Sokolova, chief inspector at the District Labor Inspectorate in the town of Pernik, informed that the investigation on the labor accident is underway. The prosecutor’s office will announce the results of the autopsy when finished.
Relatives of the victim, however, said Veselin Parvanov was run over by a tractor.
