Complicated situation with waste treatment in Plovdiv

Vassil Bozhkov has made a request that Eco Global is in control of the waste treatment of Plovdiv after he acquired 92% of the company 20 days ago.
The situation is very complicated as currently Chistota has an operational 3-year contract for waste treatment of the city and the contractor of Nikolay Gigov – KMD, has a contract with the municipal company for the same period.
The lawyers of Plovdiv Municipality would have to decide the options in the new situation. The mayor of Plovdiv is concerned as he cannot announce a new public procurement and the chance for Vassil Bozhkov and Nikolay Gigov to reach an agreement are rather small.
