Redundancies in Stara Zagora because of the economic crisis

The most powerful economic group in Stara Zagora region - Holding Zagora LTD, will cut 150-160 jobs in two of its machinery plants "Hranmachcomplect-HMK" JSC and "Preskov" JSC. The workers would be laid off in the beginning of next year.
110 workers have already been discharged from another company from the heavy industry - Progres JSC. A sharp slump of the demand by foreign customers of the holding is the rason for the decreased production. The crisis already hit the textile industry in the region. The biggest Stara Zagora textile plant E! mbul Investment JSC would layoff 200 workers starting next year.
