LUKoil could abandon a series of projects related to processing activities, but not concerning the exploration of new fields. This is what LUKoil president Vagit Alekperov announced in St. Petersburg. The company’s investment strategy should be reduced to USD 4-5 billion.
Among the planned delays was the construction of the deep processing complex in the Burgas oil refinery.
