Privatization Agency sells NITI SPJSC - Kazanluk

The Privatization Agency announced a public tender with open bidding for the sale of 690 392 registered shares representing 100 percent of the capital of NITI SPJSC - Kazanluk.
The initial tender price is BGN 4 500 000, and the step of the bidding – BGN 100 000. The deposit for the tender amounts to BGN 1 000 000. The price of the tender documents is BGN 1500 and can be purchased from the Privatization Agency.
Offshore companies and consortia set up in the form of civil societies are not allowed to participate in the tender.
