Moscow Mayor Yuriy Luzhkov owns land in the Bulgarian town of Apriltsi in the region of Lovech, Mayor of the municipality Mladen Pelov informed Radio FOCUS – Veliko Tarnovo. According to his words Mr Luzhkov bought the land around 3 years ago but there were no works done on it so far.
