Plovdiv-based TV Saves Zilina-Levski Broadcasting

The next TV problems are likely to trouble the broadcasting of the match Zilina - Levski to be played in Slovakia this evening. The two clubs are playing for entry in the UEFA tournament groups. The return match in Sofia is in two weeks.
The Bulgarian televisions found the price for the TV rights too high. Later, the price for the TV rights was reduced by 30% but still the Bulgarian TVs refused to broadcast the match. Luckily for Levski fans, late in the evening the Plovdiv-based TV Evrokom Bulgaria agreed to pay the price for TV rights and will broadcast the match.
Levski footballers were welcomed in Slovakia as real stars. Two TV teams and a big number of journalists waited for Levski at Bratislava airport. Slovak media paid big attention to Levski now Sports and Technical Director, Daniel Borimirov who was one of Levski heroes when Levski eliminated Artmedia from the UEFA Cup tournament two years ago.
The weather in Slovakia was quite nippy about 8C.
