The Prosecutor’s Office in the town of Burgas wants to impose two years and six months imprisonment for Maxim Staviski and to take away his driving license for three-year period, FOCUS News Agency reporter informed.  On August 5 2007 Maxim Staviyski was involved in a car accident that left one person dead and another in a coma. Staviski had a BAC (Blood alcohol content) of 1.1‰. The legal limit in Bulgaria is 0.5‰.
