"The construction of six new big dams will have to solve to an extent the problems with the drought in Bulgaria in the coming years," said Bulgaria`s Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Assen Gagauzov.  The construction will be funded by a loan from the World Bank at the amount of 100 million euro. In Rousse on the Danube Gagauzov inaugurated the modernized pumping stations of the sewerage and water supply system.   The project is a part of the large-scale Integrated Water Project for Rousse that is financed on ISPA.
