Glavbolgarstroy, the Bulgarian construction company, said it will open later this week its St.Toma vacation village south of the Black Sea resort town of Sozopol. The community will deliver a total of 250 resort apartments in seven separate buildings. At the time the project kicked off a year ago, the cost was announced at around 10 mln euro. The complex also feature hotel, several outdoor swimming pools, gym and conference center, among other amenities.
