The new construction in Banya is crawling in the direction of Bansko. Detailed urban plan has been prepared for eight zones in the land of the village planned for new construction.
The little village of Banya is only a few kilometers away from the famous Bulgarian winter resort of Bansko. It is well known for its mineral springs and the latest development of the investment activity in the area focused the interest on it. There are hotels, apartment complexes, holiday villages under construction.
The top investment zone is along the road to Bansko where most of the land has been sold usually at EUR 50-60 per sq. m. One of the most attractive zones is Rudinata zone with a wonderful exposure and a view to the three mountains - Pirin, Rila and Rodopite.
