After continuous debates the Municipal Council of Vratsa adopted the order for short-term paid parking in blue zone, FOCUS News Agency informs. At the very beginning of the discussion the chairman of the council read a declaration by which all municipal councilors were giving up the privilege to freely park in the zone. The document was signed by all in the hall.
