The first high-rise building in Burgas will be in Meden Rudnik quarter, it will be 90 m high. The investor is GM Stroi Ltd., the design was prepared by PP Iris 2001 with leading architect Petko Petkov, the site is 1,000 sq. m.
The building has 400 sq. m footprint with 20,000 sq. m gross-floor area. In fact this will be the first skyscraper in Bulgaria that will be built by 2010 in Bulgaria. The building will have an indoor swimming pool, jaccuzzi, a sauna, a fitness gym, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a beauty centre, etc.
The apartments are priced from EUR 430 to 630 per sq. m, they will have one, two or three rooms varying from 52 sq. m to 134 sq. m as well as two maisonnettes on the 23-rd and 24-th floors. On every of the 25 residential floors there will be eight apartments, the retail space is on the four ground levels.
