Local company Lovech Properties Management has reopened for business the renovated City Center shopping emporium in Lovech, Northern Bulgaria. The company bought the old building of the shipping center for 0.6 mln levs. The new building has a built-up area of 7,075 sq m, one underground and three above-ground levels. The most high-profile tenant is electronics retailer Technomarket. The center also features a 80-seat restaurant, cafe, supermarket and 11 underground sparking spaces.
