An endless serial of building sites and cranes, diggers and trucks is the view welcoming every visitor of the Southern Bulgarian seaside in the beginning of April. The new building are optimally close to each other, so instead of beautiful view to the beach and sea waves, the tourists in 4 and 5 star hotels could see only buildings in construction process.

If there is no building over certain terrain, it is extremely polluted - from usual plastic bottles to building wastes and scraps.

The national direction of construction control makes examinations of the illegal construction by the coastal sea line. 193 orders for removing of illegal constructions on the beach stripe have been issued to the moment this year. The main violations of the law are connected with entertainment places.
