The project for the modernization of Airport Stara Zagora will be offered to Qatar in the frames of the current visit of Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and seven of his ministers in Doha from 16 to 18 May to the rich oil state.

The transformation of the state airport cargo terminal center between Europe and Asia, is part of the government program.

Economy Minister Bozidar Lukarski and his colleague Ivaylo Moskovski will seek Qatari investor to implement the project and eventually operate the airport on concession.
