”There is information confirmed about a second victim of the flood in Miziya,” chief commissar Nikolay Nikolov, head of the Fire Safety and Civil Protection chief directorate, announced in connection with the flood in Miziya, a northwest Bulgaria.

Nikolov further informed some 10 people that needed help had been evacuated.

All the houses are being checked and if people are found they will be taken to a safe place.
