Number of vehicles pass through Oryahovo ferryboat decreased by 15%

Number of vehicles that pass through Oryahovo ferryboat has droped by 15%, executive director of Oryahovo Ferryboat Dobri Radev said. In his words about 30-40 automobiles less use the services of the ferry every day, due to the financial crisis.
Radev pointed out that the negative tendency is since the beginning of the year when the number of the TIR trucks that passed through Oryahovo were less then the expected.
"Most often the ferryboat transport textile, construction materials and everything linked with the economy of a state", Radev stated. He hopes that in 2010 things will change but it depends on the production that Bulgaria will start exporting.
