The Bulgarian spa resort of Devin registered a 15 percent decrease in the number of tourists spending their vacation there, news.bg reported. According to local Devin hotel owners, the decrease is a result of the financial crisis. Mainly Bulgarian tourists are spending their vacation in the spa resort. Foreign visitors come mostly from France, Spain and Israel.
