Sunny Beach expects 60-65% of bookings this summer

The CEO of the seaside resort Sunny Beach predicted that hotel managers would be at risk if only 50% of the available accommodations are booked. There are indications that the upcoming tourist season will be slow, Stratieva reported.
The global downturn is not the only reason. The Turkish and Greek governments provided assistance to their travel sectors, allowing these destinations to reduce costs dramatically and become more competitive.
