Bulmedica/ Buldental, considered by experts and specialists to be the most important medical exhibit is Southeastern Europe is held in Sofia from May 13 to May 16, 2008. The 42nd Bulmedica exhibit is located in four exhibit halls in the Inter Expo and Congress Center in Sofia.

The international exhibit is geared towards clinical and hospital facilities, diagnostic centers and specialists from different medical and dental areas. It is organized once again under the patronage of the Bulgarian Health Ministry and with the support of the Bulgarian Physicians Union and the Bulgarian Dentists Union.

232 stands with over 1000 exhibitors from 45 countries participate in this year`s Bulmedica/Buldental exhibit. 52 new direct exhibitors from Bulgaria, Germany, the USA, Russia, Greece, Turkey, Pakistan, Serbia, Italy, Slovenia and Hungary among others, are presenting their production for the first time.

Traditional exhibitors include companies from Bulgaria (217), Germany (195), Italy (104), the USA (100), Switzerland (51), China (40), France (35), Japan (34), Korea, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Austria and many others.

For the third consecutive year, with the assistance of the German Industrial and Trade Chambers and the Association of Balkan Chambers, there is joint participation of companies from Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece, Macedonia and Turkey showcasing medical equipment and consumables for clinical laboratories, operating tables, monitors, defibrillators, pharmaceutical products, dental products and equipment, dermatological lasers and others.
