The traditional "Rose Festival" in Kazanluk reached its culmination Sunday with a parade through the town`s main street. The festival is being held for the 40th time in Kazanluk. Regulated plots in the balneological resort Vurshets have seen an almost twofold annual price increase. They were offered at 21 euro a sq m at the beginning of 2007 and currently fetch as much as 40 a sq m.
