Green Fuel of Spain unveiled plans to build a 50 million euro plant to produce biodiesel and bioethanol in the Pleven region , member of the Green Fuel Corporacion Bulgaria AD Antonio Alvear was quoted by local media as saying.Construction of the facility is due to begin in February 2008. The company has already picked a site, in the village of Riben , on the Danube.
