The Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) will fine 11 companies responsible for winter cleaning of national roads to pay more than BGN 424,000, the agency reported. Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria has extended a long-term loan to the municipality of Pleven , northern Bulgaria , to fund its investment projects, the lender said on Monday.
